Kickboxing classes are a great way to release stress, have fun, get a solid workout, and to burn tons of calories all in a one hour session.  Our classes are separated into two group:


Adult Fitness Kickboxing - Open to both men and women ages 15+.  These classes are designed for all fitness levels as each individual will train and excel at their own pace.


Youth Kickboxing - Open to Youth ages 9-14.  These classes are will help give your child a place to blow off steam, learn the sport of kickboxing, and to have a safe atmosphere to grow and excel.  There is also the opportunity to compete at local, national, and international levels if desired.

Kickboxing classes are a great workout for the average adult seeking to get back into a fitness regimen. Besides getting your body in to shape, a single kickboxing class can burn anywhere from 800 to 1000 calories.  It is also a great way to get a total body workout while learning simple self-defense moves. It will also help you feel more empowered and confident. 

There is also the opportunity for those wishing to become competitive kickboxers, to train with National and International Champions, and to reach your goals weather it is to just lose some unwanted weight or to have your hand raised in the ring.
